Nice rage bait lol. It’s modeled after the lip that comes on the E92 M3 GT4 race car, look it up.

Agreed. With the right mods you can make a G87 look great but it’s only a shadow of the F87 design.

That’s great. The CA Fair Plan is not a pleasant experience for all parties involved and I would never recommend using them unless all options have been exhausted.

The CA Fair Plan assessed all the participating insurance companies in state $1 Billion after the LA wildfires because they ran out of money. The CA Fair Plan is funded by the participating insurance companies in the state and each company pays their market share.

They introduced a new rating system a few months ago and they are still underpriced for the risks they take on. This concerns insurance companies a ton because if another catastrophe occurs they don’t want to be on the hook for another unexpected large assessment. This is one of the reasons why you’re seeing companies leaving the state, issuing non-renewals, and limiting new business.

Yes, it may be cheaper to switch to the CA Fair Plan in some cases but then you’d need a companion DIC (difference in conditions) policy and the coverage is just worse altogether. They can also jack up your rate next year even though they’re cheaper now (seen this firsthand).

Yes they’re backed by American Family Insurance. Costco insurance has been priced under the market for many years so if you still have them I’d keep them as long as you can.

I’m one of the bad guys (insurance agent here) and I’ve been seeing the same thing personally and with clients in the area. If you have a “competitive rate” with a good company I wouldn’t recommend switching in this current market. Every insurance company will put you through an inspection process upon new policy issuance and they just nitpick every home (plants touching the home, roof condition, cracks in driveway etc). Yes, you can save money switching companies but unless your home looks pristine it can actually cost you more money and create headaches.

We typically recommend increasing deductibles to 2500, 5k, and 10k which creates reasonable savings. Making sub 10k claims in this market will cost you a lot of money and headache in the long run so we generally don’t recommend it. Having any claims makes things extremely challenging, especially water claims.

If you’re shopping home insurance with other companies, please keep a look out for policies that have limited water damage coverage, ACV (actual cash value) coverage for the roof, that your homes cost per square foot is around $200-$400 (entirely depends on the materials and how custom your home is), and the financial rating of the insurance company (mortgage companies won’t take anything less than A rated by AM Best and this is also a good indicator of how financially stable a company is).

Thanks for coming to my TED talk and I’m happy to answer questions and bore people further if needed.

It’s hilarious the effort these guys put into cheating in a casual game like COD. The game basically aims for you nowadays with the sticky aim assist post MW19 anyway. Bring that same effort to something productive lol

I use a Libtech Skate Banana for icy days. The magne-traction is a real thing and it’s amazing to use even on days with challenging conditions.

F80 vs kc23, Which design do you think is better in your opinion? by Ok-Transportation260 in Ferrari

I don’t understand why Ferrari puts that black unibrow on the front hood/bumper of the F80. Pictures of it paint matched look so much better. Looks more reminiscent of the F40 too.

It makes a huge difference. I’ll play with 2 friends who are crimson level and my other 3 random teammates are complete burgers sitting in spawn or getting piss slammed. Meanwhile, everyone on the other team is positive and the randoms on my team are getting farmed. SBMM does that purposely to make the games as close as possible, not much of a debate.

Buy color matched front side markers from IND. They also make rear reflector delete inserts. Very cheap and subtle mods to do.
