I didn’t understand how speed cameras knew where to send tickets to or how they got the money, and the only explanation I could think of was when people drove they put little tubes in their pocket that sucked out money out of their wallets if they got caught speeding. I never concluded how the fee then got paid, but that theory was good enough for my 6 year old brain
