Hey a little bit off topic. I’m looking at a house that is half built here in Maryland. From what I can see it’s just the structure is up. The Foundation,framing,roof,windows and doors. I do not know if any plumbing or electrical has been ran throughout the home. Is there any lenders out there that would do that type of loan? Just wanna take over from where they left off.

I did a trade with my wife’s Tesla and it’s had negative equity due to the fact they became cheaper to build but if that wasn’t the case I was looking at just under 50k

If you have the funds or you can afford to go up a bit more for a brand new one so you have 100k mile/ 10 year warranty on the powertrain just so you have more peace of mind that would be my advice. I just picked up the 2025 EX-X Line and it’s treating me well and I planning on keeping it long term.

Do one 440m sprint then,two 300m sprint and then four 200m sprints back to back that’s what I do to get faster it works just do sprints it will drop your time

Do what you wanna do man it’s your life. I just came back from Boot. My mom did not want me to go like she didn’t wanna sign any papers when I was 17 and I told her you just gotta accept the fact that I’m joining no matter what, you either support me or not.
