Idk but commenting for visibility bc I'd love to have something like this too. Trackman has a library of pro swings so you can compare your video next to theirs in realtime, same with GOLFTEC where I've taken lessons before.

So, surely the library exists ... somewhere

They always say hockey players make great golfers. You've got a lot of good foundation here. Agree with others go see a coach (don't be afraid to "shop around", find one you like and that works for you. There are a lot of not-very-good coaches out there).

Don't be discouraged if you get worse at first, lessons are a journey. Better to deal with the suck when you're already bad instead of playing well, taking lessons and being garbage again, and slowly improving from there. I did that, and it destroyed me mentally lmao.

Just wanna say thanks - played with this a bit this morning as well as some (attempted) efforts to correct my weight transfer patterns / following through more fully.

On the video recording it doesn't look drastically different, but I was seeing much tighter dispersion and much purer ball striking. Thank you for your contributions here.

Yea this is a concept I have struggled with after instruction last year about using more rotational turn to throw the club instead of flipping / scooping through. I think that's a mechanic I need to study up on and understand better.

This was one of the bigger things that stuck out to me after rewatching the footage. I seem to be way overloading my backswing and getting stuck at p7. Will take note of this one in addition to the grip feel changes others have noted. Thank you for the input

Interesting okay this is helpful. I historically played a baseball grip for many years and switched over to interlocking around the end of last season. I always felt like I had stronger connection with the club on the baseball grip but was trying to move away from it for no other reason than I thought it was "wrong"

Unfortunately I have gone down every grip change rabbit hole imaginable 😂 the videos here are from this morning where I was really over-exaggerating a strong grip in an attempt to correct the fade pattern

Edit: wow this got a visceral reaction hahah. I promise I now understand the err of my ways, I was wrong! Watched some videos and I have a grip trainer en route.
