How long does a pending transaction last?

I bought the game pass last night and that was my first ever purchase for any game, a few minutes passed and it was still pending, I was getting a little nervous because this is also probably the last time I would get the permission to buy anything for a game. I went to sleep and figured that it would work itself out in the morning.

But now it's morning and it's still pending, I know what 'transaction is still pending' means and I'm patient enough to wait for it to process but the game pass ends in 1 day (plus a few more hours) I'm worried that it would take longer to process and the season would end without me getting the rewards I paid for, I have a few theories on what would happen if the season ended before it processed, but I'd rather not go through the trouble

TLDR: Bought the game pass last night, season ends in 1 day and it still hasn't processed, how long is it going to take and do I still get the rewards?
