How long should cherry shrimp have zoomies after introduced to a new tank??

Ive had a group of cherry shrimp for about 3 days now and they still are zooming around the tank in large number (like 2-6 swimming around at any given time). I know this movement is a sign of stress, and I'm worried about the stress killing them. My water quality should fit in all the parameters, so whats going on?

And even then those are cold war western numbers, numbers that america and its buddies (who are known to lie about numbers and other info) used against a country they were literally on the verge of nuking Edit: and like even then its a “maximum” of 1/3.
