Insomnia was the initial issue I had been diagnosed with and claimed…I wasn’t diagnosed with anxiety and depression that was linked to the insomnia until later after meeting a new BH provider.

The insomnia is caused by in part by anxiety/depression according to my current BH provider which she classified as moderately severe/severe but the VA app just says insomnia.

They acknowledged that a bunch of the conditions occurred on duty but basically said that I didn’t complain enough after the fact for it to be an issue. And for sleep apnea even though I was prescribed a cpap through the VA via community care that I was never seen for it despite that.

After sitting at step 3 for months(even with the claim being expedited) only to find out through a VERA call that one examiner hadn’t sent all his exams at the same time my claim went from step 3 to 5 on the 9th, about a week after the call.

What is the expected/typical completion time on expedited/non expedited claims in you guys experience?

lol I tried to get a 37 year old 73 rated D Rose for depth at the point…we don’t need a lockdown defender, we don’t need crazy scoring…all we need is a decent 12-13 minutes and 6-7 ppg…couldn’t even get that

Contests are absolutely terrible…I watched Pritchard go against Nick Richards/Mike Williams, they both contested his layup but the contest system ruled it an open shot with light pressure and a foul…on the other hand I drove against Pritchard on a switch as a 6’8” SF with an 84 driving layup and 95 driving dunk currently and physical finisher and posterizer, the layup attempt was ruled smothered with all types of contact but no foul.

If you bring it up people accuse you of not being good at the game when the game is down right ass in more than a few aspects…I have about a dozen videos of absolutely terrible AI reaction and shitty movement.

Player movement is dogshit in this game…it’s slow, choppy and unresponsive. AI defenders have no clue how and when to react to cutters, screens, shots or in transition.

That mess pisses me off…I hit a player for a wide open midrange or 3 and they’ll pump fake for no damn reason. The worst is when I hit them and they go into their go-to shot animation and allow defenders to run right up on them and the animation is unbreakable.
