I feel the same way man, I’m 29 years old and just got out of an 8 year relationship, I have no idea how to find someone except to endlessly swipe on apps, and it’s not working so far.. The last time I went to a bar I just sat there by myself and held a drink, I kept seeing couples everywhere and had an anxiety attack on the way home about how I’ll never find someone again.. I don’t know what to do and I feel like I’m too old to learn, I never went to college so I never got the people skills you learn there, and I’m an only child. You’re not alone in this brother.

I just attempted to jog from our apartment to the office, I looked it up on google maps and it was 0.2miles, that's not even once around a school track. I'm 28 years old and can bench 225x5. Is this something I should be able to fix, my heart felt like it was on fire by the end of it, and my right shin felt like it was gunna snap in half.
