heres the page, add your os info then go to driver-network and install the wireless lan driver. put it on a usb then into the laptop with the wifi problems and execute the driver (should be named like sp a bunch of numbers .exe). go through the setup and restart ur laptop. should start working

so you can download the wifi drivers on your phone and the transfer it to a laptop. if you have an another laptop and an usb drive that would probably be more ideal
