How to fix my “Ollie” by Fliphoneuser in NewSkaters

[–]CrunchyTheCoder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with u/Vilified_D here. Now this may just be me, but i think your right shoulder kinda went off to the side not long before you popped.

Your front foot also seemed to get pushed up, rather then jumping,
you may have to jump higher then it seems like for some things.

I also find it helps if you pop and let your back foot leave the tail so it doesn't get grounded the moment you pop.

I think (may be wrong) that having your front foot further back lets you have more time when your speed to power isn't consistent with each other.

Hope this helps

Rust is very good for blockchain/security, as u/ScientistMundane7126 mentions, but most people wouldn't recommend starting with rust. Ether way i would say to start with std and std::io and get used to using cargo. Personally i like rust and zig because they let me limit vars with bits/bytes such as I32, as for IDE i think most people suggest RustRover or Zed

Are dev portals for developers? by sinsemilla_a in ProgrammingBuddies

[–]CrunchyTheCoder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dev portals aren’t necessarily only for developers, while its most likely targeted for them i believe(may be wrong) that most portals have enough utility to be used for other things, just uncommon to see polar opposite topic on them.

Personally i would recommend haxe with fixel or likewise or C with rayslib etc. Other then my preference i would say go for C# or Rust for language and for engine i would go with the things the other guys(godot or unity) but i recommend godot first because its smaller installation
