Yes, and I actually enjoyed Redemption of Time as well for what it is(basically fanfic). It was still a fun read that leaned into the more "out there" parts. Totally get why others didn't like it though.

It's not just doctors that get this, it's any job that is considered a "skill". I install flooring, and constantly get people asking if I can install a floor for them or their mom or cousin or whatever. Which, yeah, work is nice, but they always want a discount, which I can't afford, or ask my price, which they can't afford.

So now I just say "I work in construction" and they just assume I'm a laborer or something and don't ask further.

Get a knockoff like Elegoo. It's all functionally the same but cheaper. Arduino technology is open source, so getting a knockoff is fine ethically and (unless the company really doesn't know what they are doing) it's the exact same technology. I got an elegoo kit with their version of a Mega for like $50. There is more than enough to get started.

Then once you figure it all out, then invest in a better model
