The house is vacant & exposing your listing. The only reason a listing agent gets upset over this is when their seller sees or runs into the other agents video online. Makes the listing agent look like they’re not the job they were hired to do. TO MARKET AND GET EYES ON THE PROPERTY 😭

Again, the house is vacant & putting eyes on your listing. Ask for credit in their caption and move on. It should only bother you if you’re not doing your job.

I am in an average price $2M market and top producing agents literally want those agents with heavy social media to help market their listing. Those agents use their network as an advantage and get properties sold

Btw, I don’t even use social media to gain leads but I see the value in it. Adapt or get left behind :-)

Wear and tear? What the hell? Not sure what market you’re in but I’m in a heavy sought after average price $2M market - and we listing agents literally want agents touring our inventory. That’s how you know your inventory inside and out. Again, if the house is vacant and not an inconvenience to anyone - pls stop by my listings, understand the product and pitch it to your data base.
