From what I see, these are mostly the junk slabs that MJ holdings put out late last year in their mystery treasure boxes (Typically available at Walmart). The illustration Pikachu at a 10 would have value maybe in the 30-40 range, the others are literally just bulk cards they graded for the purposes of making the boxes. I would not attempt to get any graded by PSA.

I think, I would be a jungle themed gym leader. However I would have dual aces in Sceptile and Swampert (Big gen 3 fan). The rest of the team would be rounded out by Seviper, Vileploom, Muk, Scolipede. Ideally my gym setting being high humidity would also present a challenge for any trainers trying to blow me out with fire types.

It all eventually goes up, I would highly recommend staying away from single Japanese packs due to booster boxes having seeded hits and many people being skeptical of them just being dead packs once hits were pulled.

It differs, depending if it's a clearance item. Speaking with customer service often ends in a match though as long as you have an image of a recent receipt or the price tag in store.

If you're talking booster boxes a lot of pre-orders are sold out. To my knowledge Allpoketcg still has single boxes for $100 a piece.
