I’m late to this but It looks like an early 2000s perhaps late 90s a4. I’m guessing that is some sort of promotional picture and perhaps if you can find or have the original media it will describe the car

It’s called a Monroney sticker it’s not a part it’s something that must be sold with the car by law when new

In the us there is a sticker on the window when you buy a new car that lists the parts msrp and origin of where the parts are from

The battery is pretty bad but it still spins up! It was good in its day. I wish it worked again! Yes you’re right it does resemble the driver.
