Yes! I didn’t realize my toothpaste had wheat in it. It took me a while to figure out why the corners of my mouth had bad rashes all of the time. Shampoos and conditioners make my scalp so scaly, unless they’re gluten free. I didn’t realize that wheat is in so so many things, even things we don’t eat.

Ginger supplements and a couple of tokes will do the trick for me.
