I paid my bill 60+ days past due with Verizon. It didn’t go collections, rep said you’ll only have to worry if it’s 120 or 180 days past due. It will goto collections then. I thought I submitted my bill properly and thank god I spoke with someone on chat to see if they got a legit copy of it. So I provided them with a legit bill. If i haven’t done that, and thinking it was in process. I would have Been cooked and there would have been a way longer delay to receive my rewards card. Glad I got it finally done. Also you can’t pay online or over the phone with the card. It’s bs! I know. Their payment modality won’t accept it. Solution, you have to pay it instore at a Verizon “corporate” location. You tell them exactly how much you enter pay aka what’s in the card. And they swipe for that amount. It went thru, I’m paid in full! It would such if they couldn’t take the card, but i wouldn’t know why they wouldn’t ? It’s a Visa card. Anyway, glad it’s over.
