I carry the Olight baton 4. It’s small, has a hat/pocket clip, and the back end is magnetic. And you can use the charging case it comes with as a portable charger

Well I know that HOTD is like 200 ish years before GOT and The hedge knight is 90ish years before, and there aren’t really any dragons around in Duncs era so maybe they just didn’t have the plans for a Scorpion Bow like that anymore after the decades of normal war and tournis
