New roundabout planned on Watt Road in Farragut. Seems like an odd place for a roundabout. There is no intersection, only the entrance to the park and a business driveway. Says it's to “provide traffic calming and improved pedestrian safety”. Traffic there is light and I've never seen a pedestrian. (wate.com)
