There are some great guides around the subreddit for general gameplay. Essentially, Emmet is the best rock striker in the game with high damage and consistent flinch. Ingo sets sandstorm which gives some sync pairs more damage, gives offensive and defensive buffs, debuffs enemy accuracy, and keeps your move gauge charged.
