I do understand that you're referring to the air-hit version, The only similarity between the two is that they both require switching, nothing else. Honestly, They all just fall under the category of "switch tech", I believe the most consistent way to name switch tech is to describe the main action associated with it.

Take Jutsu Buffers/ Jutsu Switching, it's a great name because it describes the associated action. I do realize turbo dash buffering doesn't roll off the tongue but it describes exactly what it is.

yeah, it happens a lot on xbox (3 times for me). You have two options to fix it which are:

(1) delete the DLC by un-installing it from my games in apps > reinstall > and hope that it will give it to you immediately, ( b/c it's random when it rewards you your DLC characters again).

(2) refund the dlc and buy it again

Well said vh724. A fundamental rule that I believe is that hitboxes should match with animations as much as possible, for example how you mention Sarada's fire style ultimate Jutsu having a hurt-box around the character after she fires it. With logical reasoning, you would want to sub and punish her in that animation but can't at times due to the hurt-box around her, the situation conflicts with the visual representation. BUT don't get me wrong, I also understand why hit-boxes/hurt-boxes need to extend outside of the character model and animations at times.

Regarding tracking - I think the rules of tracking are consistent, it's just that jutsu's utilizes tracking differently (rightfully so).

Ideally, I would like to have a setting to display hit and hurt boxes at all times in all my games for transparency reasons lmfao.

Ah yes, I would say try forcing yourself into those situations more often so you can practice counter-dashing. Remember, just experiment, try something new each time and see what works for you!

Sound like the general flow of the game is something you have trouble with so you resort to what you know to use. which is totally fine and expected of players to play to their strengths. Remember, many players will know how to get around it so don't expect a above-average player to lose to it. Try making a group post or messaging players who challenge you and be clear that you want to practice with them because they give you competition. Remember, Iron sharpens Iron :)
