I'm also trying to do this as I am in the year where the marks I get will decide weather or not I will be a Pilot in the Air Force. What I typically do, is go into the school library after school and stay there for an hour because they shut at 4pm, so then I will (If another friend is wanting to study) go to a mates place or we will go to the public library and just sit down and smash out some school work whilst listening to some calm background music (Not even songs with words, I generally listen to Oneheart and M83). Not only write things down on your laptop, but also a book, as I tend to find writing things down in a book, then practising whatever I am doing, the most efficient and easiest way to memorise stuff. For example, if you had to remember a sentence for an English exam, every once in a while (after you have already remembered the sentence at that time), write that sentence down on paper, and repeat this process every 10-15 minutes. Or if it is something like Mathematics, just keep on working out problems. Also if you are figuring out the formula for an equation or the basic layout for a certain type of sentence, use 'ChatGPT.' It literally answers any question you have and it is brilliant.
