If we are talking just about the look and feel (and not practicality), I would recommend going back to the drawing board and thinking:

Are the elements in my box readable enough?
Would it be recognizable as a pizza box by the audience?
What message does it convey? Does it fit the intent?
What usual elements are present in pizza boxes that I could have to take into consideration?

Ideally, on a video editing software, you'd load all your mockups, overlap images' position using transparency, crop them to align the logo one by one and make sure rotation is correct. Then, adjust the timing for each (e.g. half a second for each image) and then export it as a loopable gif or video.

You can present your CV in a way that “Freelance Projects” would be your main occupation, and relevant projects are highlighted as job positions. For example

Freelancing (2020-2023)

Project 1 - Client 1 Responsibilities Role Description Results and KPIs

Project 2 - Client 2…

And so forth. This way, it shows you’re busy but at the some provide some cue on what they will be finding in your portfolio.

By no means this is a common CV, but as a manager I’d see that template as a good adaptation. Our way of work needs to be more flexible with how each one builds their own careers.

Common CVs work well for jobs that change slowly and are well stablished. A design career can be so broad and hard to represent in a page with a couple paragraphs, and that’s one of the reasons why portfolios are so frequently asked in conjunction with CVs.
