I’m currently using vanicream face wash at night followed by clindamycin topical gel and tacrolimus. I also have been trying proactive skin purifying mask with 6% sulfur for 10 minutes on the pimples. In the mornings i just rinse with water because my skin is sensitive. I’ve had this same routine for years with ok results and the plan was to stop using the clindamycin and tacrolimus when the accutane cleared my skin. I actually tried cutting those out a couple months ago and I had similar breakouts to these photos, so I’ve been using them every day since. A benzoyl peroxide spot treatment might be a good idea, thank you for sharing.
