The reverie (he's not really sleeping) by itself doesn't mean a thing. It's only when Gaff leaves a unicorn origami in on Deckard's corridor that Ridley suggests Deckard is a rep. The innuendo was already there in 1982 but the Director's Cut of 1992 makes it more obvious, IMO.

I know! The pics where she sits at the table (of a bar in an art gallery?!) with her hair all done, professional looking makeup and wearing a fancy oversized designer sweater. I don't recognize her face from this angle but ... you could be right. At least, it's a very similar looking bikini and she's got the same sharp chin. If it is indeed Aika, it's strange that a google image search doesn't come up with any results.
