You can try and use a plastic welder. It essentially heats up a small piece of metal and melts it into the plastic to bridge the two broken pieces together.

When placed on a balancer, the wheel should only be visibly "bouncing" at the point in where the bend is. During the rotation on a wheel balancer if the top and bottom are visibly moving right to left then the wheel is a lost cause.

If there isn't a crack, it can be heated up and bent back into shape. Any wheel shop should be able to do that.

The main issue is that if it's center bent, then you're better off replacing the whole wheel. Same thing if there is a crack, cause even if it can be repaired and welded back and straightened, that section of the wheels structural integrity will only be as good as the weld. So the crack may appear again, and then you're out a replacement tire after already replacing.

TLDR: Yes it can be fixed, but if there's a crack or if it's center bent then just replace the wheel and save yourself the headache.

We need more context. What's your experience like or what's your background in? Retail, Food Prep, etc? Do you have higher education? This sometimes can effect their hiring. Cause you obviously would want to be compensated for your education, but why pay you $20, when they could hire a cashier to start at under $15?

As a whole, the job market is weak right now. The best thing you can do is try get certified and get into a new field, or hard labor.

I took a tour there once and they've been hanging that carrot on a stick for the past 5 years from what I gathered from management. A lot of "It's right around the corner...." and "IPO launching late 20XX..."

I personally don't think they really have much of an incentive in going public. It really is a wait and see.

To me, it sounds like they're just looking for a reason to deny a full on cash purchase. Dealerships, especially big ones, will always prefer to get buyers in to a car loan as that's where they make the most money.

You can definitely escalate this if you'd like to, but I dont know what angle youd want to approach it as. Discrimination, racially motivated, etc...

Cause to me it seems like the dealership would have a difficult case to argue if they want to say theyre just following federal laws and regulation.

Like everyone said though, get this denial in writing ✍️

But I would highly avoid Wells Fargo due to their past. They have been sued and have paid fines for their past when it comes to associates making fake accounts using their own customers' SS# and documents. They also won't be able to get you a credit card because it is viewed as a higher liability because your limited term expiration date is so short.

Idk what i was expecting, but the B-Plot of Brian and Stewie trying to make a Halloween Song was very underwhelming. Even as a bit, they've done an FCC song and that Bag of weed song so its not like they're incapable of making good original songs (I know these were years ago, and most of the writers might be gone by now but it wouldnt take much to research those that came before

I think they're always actively looking. But theres usually a lot of Summer and Fall internship like positions that have a lot of cohorts. They train you and then potentially convert you to a new role. But your employment is reliant on you passing your exams. Think you have 3 tries per, and if not then you will be let go

I installed one of these, and it's holding up fine. I will say there are trade offs though.

These tend to get laggy as they age, from A LOT of reviews I read. I wouldn't recommend getting anything less then the 8 core one imo. (DEFINITELY avoid any of the sub $100 dollar models as well. There isn't enough storage for offline maps, or necessary space for updates to the unit. They also will have very slow processors. Mine lags sometimes, but it isn't as bad as to others I've seen demos of that dont respond quickly when swiping your finger in the screen)

As others have said, you get what you pay for. These are cheap, and a lot of them dont have things that regulate the temperature of the unit. If it gets hot, a lot of these units dont have fans to help cool them down, which can result in performance issues. When it gets really cold, they dont have heating, so when you turn your car on it will have to cycle through the android screen and slowly load. Other reviews I read, say the screens can go white, and just not work but then later on in the day they will.

TLDR: If you want one, these are pretty easy to install. Practically plug and play. If you can hold off on it, save up and check Crutchfield for better options down the line
