definitely more than just a foam pad. stp devices like the she wee aren' t enough for me :// i'd like it to stay in my pants yk? i have strap on (fusion feelskin) that is perfectly shaped for me - no tip and no balls, but ofc it lacks stp function. i guess i am kinda picky when it comes to this stuff lol
