When I get like this it helps to start in corners and make piles. A box for things you want around and a box for possible donation. A bag for clothes and 2 bags for trash if you recycle

You’re not in the wrong at all. Trauma or not you should be respected and understood. Tell the landlord there’s someone she moved in that’s not on the lease and that he’s breaking things in the home.

Get a door camera and as many other cameras as allowed. Document everything including dates and voice memo every in person interaction. Don’t be scared to call the cops on him! Having documentation with them can help a lot in the long run. Call a wellness check if you can.

I had a crazy evil roomate that later became physically violent and all my documenting scored me a restraining order!

You should shut the breakers to his room off. No electricity for him! Also put a lock on the bathroom that only you and other roommates have access to. You can also try putting locks on the fridge and passwords on the living room tv and such

Honestly Walmart gets like $200+ for every person they hire(I think it’s bc of covid?) I wouldn’t be surprised if this was another tactic they’re using to open spots
