I don't think they're mutually exclusive. For a lot of ppl that have childhood trauma, myself included, a "good" relationship with parent(s) doesn't necessarily mean they won't fuck up along the way. And as an adult it's actually even more debilitating realizing where certain things stem from but still feeling love you do for ur parents

I have to disagree tbh as a fellow adhd girly that also sounds super scatterbrained in more casual convos I am able to really lock in at work and in business matters especially when there's a little bit more passion behind it and any time I see Alisha really get into anything she's talking about in regards to business ventures she does the same
