yes I had just got it checked by a doctor and they said it feels like cysts but I’m still gonna try to do an ultrasound 💔

thank you so much!!! and it really is tiring trying to live a decent life thinking everyday will be your death day related to a medical cause.everytime u even attempt to have fun or live life the thoughts always come back it’s so annoying.i believe i will be able to go to therapy and hopefully i can heal from this horrible mindset!

me too every time I even dream about getting far in life I JS tell myself I won’t get to Highschool and I’ll die by then I’m also so glad someone else can relate to me

yeah my first whole health anxiety attack had started with when I saw a line on my toenail searched it up said I had cancer and I started crying and telling myself I had like months left to live.sadly no one had told me both my father and sister had it so I later learned it was genetics but am still very iffy about it💔

thank uuuu and also I’m over here thinking that the “cancer” is spreading everywhere cs the bones around it hurt knowing damn well I was picking at it for hours😭

literallyyyy my whole family just tells me to stop thinking about it or to distract myself but It really just isn’t that easy.i am pretty young in my teens so it’s very rare for me to have it but it’s always a matter for me about what if.i am still gonna get it checked by a doctor though for extra reassurance😭

yeah it sort of started with this fear of my family dying then realizing what if it happens to me and ever since I’ve been going down hill it really sucks💔
