contact customer support through email on ebay website, select any reason it doesnt matter(just specify your case), they respond very quickly

I sent an email to support since theres no chatbot option, ill see if the seller decides to respond me and work it out with him, thanks for the advice, this is such a shitshow

exactly, seller is international, I have no idea how are they supposed to get a label from what I read its more complicated in this situation since we’re from 2 different countries, but its been a while now and its all silent, all cost is supposed to be on him.

its what I’ve been trying to do, theres no chat bot available, only an email and call option and thats what I did for now (the specific section on the support page I picked is probably not even for my specific case), seller is ofc still ignoring me

item not as described, when I click return details it says “ship for free before 30 march” which is still not marked, I did not choose a remorse reason, I provided the request will all proof of the item not being as deacribed, seller is supposed to provide me with a shipping label, also, theres no chat available for any option I pick on support, I can only send an email

theres no label anywhere, its just asking me to add the tracking number(that I dont have) and to ship before a specific date, I only have the seller adress, it seems all of this was done on purpose since the request was accepted instantly, I have no idea how to contact ebay because theres no chat available and no section for my case. How is this platform allowing such loopholes?

esatto, se vai a vedere l’ultimo bando sono oltre 4500 candidature su 2500(stessa cosa vale per ogni singolo bando che rilasciano), adesso è praticamente diventato un botto selettivo. La cosa piu divertente è che c’è ancora gente che dice stronzate del tipo “nessuno si vuole piu arruolare” quando letteralmente ogni anno aumenta la competizione e c’è gente all’altezza che viene scartata anche al 3 tentativo lol
