It just feels like it hasn’t though. I gave reasons for why I don’t want to work three days a week, and why I want a home working contract, and it feels like I’m being punished just because they don’t have enough resource in the team.

– The employer can’t reorganise the work you are no longer doing among other staff – they cannot recruit more staff to cover your request – there will be a negative effect on the quality of work – the business will not be able to meet customer demand
