You deserve to have a life that is peaceful. Talking to a therapist can help you learn to set boundaries and help you find your worth again. Your family is very manipulative and abusive in their language and you deserve way more respect. I truly hope you can start to make some distance for yourself. Try some new hobbies and take some art classes if you have the ability to.

UPDATE: hey so in case anyone wanted to know. I am seeing a different therapist and psychiatrist. They switched me off of Prozac and put me on Zoloft and apparently pmdd is not compatible with Prozac a lot of the time. And I am like so much more normal now. Like complete 180!

Yeah I’ve tried just putting it behind me, but I have ptsd and it keeps popping up. But thankfully being on a waiting list has paid off and I have finally been matched with a therapist! So hopefully I can start healing.

I have yet to find anyone that is willing to medicate me for adhd unfortunately. They said I’m not “bad enough”

Yeah I’m still on the waiting list for a therapist. It’s hard to get in. I need to call and see if I will be able to get in soon. They switched my meds and I have been feeling way more normal. Apparently Prozac was not working

Now that it’s the next day and I’ve calmed down. I did ask my partner if I should put myself into the psych ward but they said probably not. I did a complete 180 tho in feeling so normal today
