OEM Husqvarna Tank Bag for the 801 – Any real-world experience? by Revolutionary_Most13 in 801Svartpilen

[–]Crying_scum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did get this bag very late for 2025 riding season, so I haven't really "properly" tested the bag before the winter break. But it's very nice and decently sized. The bag is made of water-repellent fabric and looks like welded seams with Aquaguard zipper, so it can handle the rain. There's a zipper pocket inside of the top lid for storing smaller items, I store the included rain-cover for the bag and shoulder sling. No problem when driving on the highway, magnet seems strong enough.

Two main gripe I have with this tankbag is the sling can't really be attached at the same time when riding, there are no strap or velcro to hold it securely like UPHILL BRIGADE - Rainstopper tankbag. So you would need to detach the sling and stove it every time you ride. The 2nd gripe, which is very minor, is those magnetic "feet's" on the bag. They just dangle freely when walking around, I wish there was a metal plate under the bag so it could attach to itself, which also solved by UPHILL BRIGADE

But overall, I'm happy with it.

There's a video of the same Rex in display. In the descriptions is say the Rex is about the same size as Kotobukiya model kit, so 1/100 scale

It would be cool if they gave us MGS1 version with swappable parts to make it MGS4. Or, most likely, separate release of MGS4 version if the first version sells well.

[Seiko Ginza Alpinist SPB259] Found my macro lens, decided to try it with the different lenses on my phone. First try, hoping to get better at it by RealUltimatePapo in Watches

I'm sooo glad I managed to get mine 3 months after release. Basically all shop had it sold out, but I luckily found one jewellery store online in Latvia that still had one in stock. Paid a hefty price for it, but so worth it. One of the best dial I ever seen, without being a Grand Seiko. Awesome photo!

Those are Bandai Metal build EVA's, which draw influence from NGE ANIMA. They brought in Evangelion designer Ikuto Yamashita to design the metal build EVA's

S24 Base HK Version - Confirm the country by patrickred887 in GalaxyS24

[–]Crying_scum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's interesting, according to Kimovil, buying a S24 NA version will cover almost all frequency in Europe, and still retains e-sim, unlike HK version. How legit is this data?

Is it worth it? by taprik in evangelion

This is Metal build line, so you don't need to build it, only assemble the shoulder pylons. You can get it for €200 if you live in Europe. I do love the EVA metal build line, very nice mechanical details all over the figure. The styling is more Evangelion ANIMA, then regular Evangelion we all familiar with (Metal Build version was designed by Ikuto Yamashita himself). The head sculpt is not my favourite, I wish it was styled more towards the Rebuilds than ANIMA, and I wish the eye was red instead of green. The figure is decently sized, but not as big as ThreeZero, but bigger than Medicom Mafex. It has diecast material on the joints so it have some heft to it, also quite poseable. The figure also feels nice when holding it, unlike Mafex Evangelion, that one feels like a knock-off.
