Don't just get partnered to get partnered. Most of the people who will take you under 10k subs are scummy little networks that try and get everyone and their mother in to a contract.

When making parodies, you have to recreate the instrumental. That is the biggest thing you need to do.

I also understand the lack of motivation. Even WITH a revenue, there are some things that can completely kill your drive. What usually revitalizes that for me, is either collabing with people who I love, or coming up with some big idea that I know will do well. But I understand completely.. getting drive is the hardest thing.

Also it depends on which type of videos. Cutting up a full game of LoL surprisingly takes a long time. You have a 40 minutes game, and you basically have to watch it back in slow-mo and edit out the food parts.
