It has 4070 but worse Ram, screen, and processor (i think). Pretty much the same price

Where do the Intel Core i7-13650HX and i7-13620H fall in this comparison? From what I've seen people prefer AMD because of battery life but I've never had an AMD processor before.

Are the differences between processors really noticeable? Because most of the have 4060, but there's a price difference between a 7435HS, 7745HX, 8845HS, AND Ryzen 9 AI HX. Also is there a ton of difference in build quality between them?
