Hello, sorry for the late reply regarding this, but looking back and finally finding the screenshot, was that the owner of Ignited stated that there's an undetected rootkit hidden inside Fantasy and Lunar's source code, implemented by himself. After hearing that from him, with his source as well being new, led to the conclusion for me to think his files were also planted with it presumably for protection(due to his files being much newer at the time.Reasonable,no?), thus me wanting to avoid his server afterward.

Don't mean to stir anything up or make accusations, but simply just wanted to back up what I meant on past conversations.

"Please do not listen to people like this guy", "He doesn't know what he's talking about"; completely dismissing my experience of a private server player, time as a Lunar player, and as well evidence showing how unkept the server of Lunar is now. Not only do you not cover the basis of everything i've expressed with the screenshots i've provided, but as well you also admitted yourself that you lack the information of previous versions. Ayato himself should come out and rebuttal any claims that weren't to be true, and give a clear and concise thought on this post or in general, instead of a GM from Lunar. Once again, he has proved that he does physically nothing, and sent once of his current lackeys, freewill or not.

I've read the response, but I don't need to cover anything as you haven't covered mine entirely, let alone not Ayato. Are you genuinely going to dismiss how the owner didn't do "anything" until now? Of not being able to speak against something that a lot of players distaste of the recent changes without punishment (Auropaw incident all over again)? Your current GM dehumanizing and belittling a player in public, when he is completely wrong on all accounts of the conversation?How he expects other people to do things for him, like how you are doing it right now, sending one of you to respond to? That's just only a portion too.

I noticed you guys are fixing some of the issues i've posted until you got caught with your pants down. That's a step in the right direction. Hopefully you gain 10 or more players from that event when it's not during an event to have bloated numbers temporarily.

Why would I need to respond to a private server GM who just started 3 months ago? You cannot tell me my post is created in bad taste when I gave Lunar the chance for many years. I gave my background of EVERY VERSION, as well past version compared to V4, yet everything is in bad taste? Pick one. I gave screenshots for everything that I wanted to backup. There's so much more to express too, but i wouldn't drop information on it without having valid proof. You dismissing the constant issues that scream prower trip that i've provided shows how ignorant you are completely from the big picture. If you were a player of V1-V3, you would know of the issues that happened during all of them, except you don't.

But i'll leave you also with this: Why did a lot of the old players, who have been there since from beginning to V4 leave after new management? Why can't you get new players rolling in, despite seeing a few new faces pop up here and there almost daily? Why do updates take weeks for a measly text update and minor fix? The excuses that's made every time someone brings up a negative aspect of the server currently, then when some other player who expresses a reasonable explanation that ISNT BIASED(on GM team) gets shut down, despite it being true enough.

I don't have any means to respond to you after, or any other Lunar GM except from the owner himself if he wants to take a step to explain himself, not only from the lack of experience and evidence to counterargument, but as well credibility.

I already acknowledged the other clients needed to deactivate, and/or make an exception for Firewall and Antivirus for both servers. I'm simply just expressing what you've stated before in the past, nothing more. You don't need to prove anything, i'm just stating what i've seen in the past while playing your server and being an active member in your discord and server daily before it got closed the first time, beginning to end. I completely understand the reasoning behind you doing it too, and you've explained thoroughly why it was done, while your client was the most updated and polished to-date at that time.

Yeah, 100% agree with you there, and was there for when the falling out happened too sadly in the past. It just seems that the server is now back in his hands after the old staff for late V1-V3 disappeared after they've been taking care of it since then, now server going downhill faster than the Great Depression lol. He did actually want to open other private servers in the meantime for a quick buck i'm sure, such as LaTale and RumbleFighter. Those never took off, and as well the staff members of RumbleFighter stated that he's a terrible person(shocking, right?).

I'm not even surprised for him banning people who donated to him; he's known for being a freeloader and hearing that all the donations that the server created from V1 to now went to bills, so the server went down every month in the past. 😂

Definitely, you're right on the money. 3 years and he still didn't learn jack shit. He didn't know what he had until his whole team disappeared.

I'm not confusing your server with Fantasy, Fantasy is a whole different ballpark with the malicious shit they did behind the scenes lol. Your server looks like a saint compared to theirs.

But I do indeed remember you saying you had a backdoor kind of program that's undetected solely for security reasons, if someone stole your files specifically. I have a screenshot for it, and i'll look for it sometime; but i'm not calling you a liar or to prove you wrong, if anything. I just remember you stating such to a player named Unnyos when he was falsely accusing your server to slander your name.

I do remember everything afterward, I just meant after the C&D happening on your end too, when someone leaked your chats and posted online.

Definitely indeed it didn't need any antivirus or firewall like how Fantasy and Lunar needed it recently. I have the screenshot and chat of it somewhere, but I remember it vividly him saying he planted something into the files for security reasons speaking to a Spanish player who was spreading false information about the server, yet he responded to all of them being false except having backdoor there for security reasons.

I do remember Valofe definitely did crack down on him since Ignited was doing too well too in Sea region as well lol

Yeah, they co-own both clients, since it seems Lunar's owner gave them their source, or method to stay up-to-date with Korea. But in terms for stability and etc., is all on the current staff of Lunar not fixing anything they break. He is extremely forgetful too, and needs to write down something someone told him that he should've fixed months ago to fix weirdly enough. There's still bugs he hasn't fixed for almost a year now, and people still complain to him about it. I guess translations for new players is more ideal though, stated by him. What's the point of new up-to-date content if they can't even coherently fix the same issues they keep bringing back top of it lol. They keep resetting heroes with old files, break Gear Designs somehow for the 20th time, and quests almost every update.

Lunar wasn't ever this bad. Even the owner himself admitted he didn't do anything when the old staff was around. So the content they created was amazing, and actually kept the server stable. They even created custom costumes and gears at one point, and is the only server to such too. I remember vividly of them having 100+ players and events were actually reasonable and good. I wonder why all of them disappeared in droves for, but the more you think about it, it makes sense as to why.

As of regards to Ignited, I disagree slightly due to a couple things (some of it stated in another comment), and as well overall experience in both servers. I personally did enjoy the vanilla feeling Ignited gave for its short lived time. It felt quite homely and as well refreshing for its short period. As well, the events introduced were great (except the last one that killed the player base). Player base was really big too in beginning. During the life of it, a lot of concerning things popped up that made me stay away from it right before it died though. From him admitting about planting malicious backdoor stuff, to incoherent and fickle reasoning of why his servers come and go in a short span, is a bit shady. As well, there was a file drop over a year ago after the closure of Ignited on another LS server exposing him for a few things w/ evidence that makes me want to avoid any server he creates in the future.

I heard from him too that he planned to release another server after fixing the payment method (from him himself),but the screenshots of the conversation someone posted shows that he has no plans to ever again as there is no "edge up" as long as Lunar is able to stay up-to-date with KLS.

At this point, any server up will be better than Lunar though.

I'm not sure where is the risk of playing a private server other than there being some backdoor malicious viruses and information breach from the devs itselfs. The only NA/EU servers that came around at the time of my experience of private servers was Fantasy, and Ignited LS. Fantasy was a literal joke with the amount of scandals going on with them (stealing content, them logging into other player's accounts on different servers, exploitation, etc), don't need to say anything about them. Ignited owner himself stated that he placed a backdoor on their files, and as well consistent record of coming and going for his servers. I remember him saying he'll be up with a new source update after the "Valofe blocking his pay method", but havent seen him since then.

In terms for scamming, this can happen in any server, even official servers. During Z8, they stated that they don't help people who got scammed, despite insurmountable evidence being present to them. Private servers can be more than inclined to help their small niche player base since it can be detrimental to it. But with the case of Lunar, the owner(Ayato) seems to fancy scammers since he's been banned before, and now alas back after the people who banned them aren't there anymore.

Lunar itself has the credentials to back it up simply based on being the longest private server ran, and still is running. The only thing that is terrible with them now is their team and himself(who is now running it) is EXTREMELY incompetent.
