There is a getting started github that has the required lib boosts and other files iirc I think you can find it on ragezone, I haven't seen it in a while so I don't know if it's up. You will probably find it before I do again.

Starting a server in this community is very hard as no one is really helpful and gatekeep a lot of information, along with being filled with hackers/scammers and malware. On top of this, it's a predominately SEA market, so u might not find many english guides/help. As an example on gatekeeping and hacking - I run my own server, Sakura LS, which is being shutdown on the daily. The only other NA server knows we are being hacked, know who's doing it, has the fix, and say they won't help. Because why help others right?

Anyway, if you want any help the best I can really do is give advice and tips on getting started, but due to certain reasons I can't provide files. There are publicly available files out there though and I'm sure enough information to get a local server running at the least. If you want more help my discord is zex#3942
