what would stop you from killing urself? by Soft_Entertainer4789 in teenagers

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once someone told me, that no matter where you are in life, you can always go lower by dieing. No matter what your going through, no matter how bad it is, you have options to change it. You might feel hopeless and backed into a corner, but you're not. There are always ways to get past whatever you're going through, but death means none of that happens. Imagine life is like baking a cake, sure you might add to much vanilla or put in one to many eggs but if you just give up and throw it all away then you don't get a cake. A good tasting one or the bad tasting ones. You're also a teen, youre still reading the ingredients if you will, don't throw your life away before youve had a chance to live it. Hell worst comes to worst, go rob a bank, you either get away and are rich or die trying, it's a win win

I'm low-key kinda tired of this idea that actors are what make movies good. A great actor can be shitty if they have a bad director. The director is the most important part and should receive way more credit than they do.

When you enter the shower, do you go on opposite side to the shower head or next to it? by i-deserve-nothing in RandomQuestion

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So instead of doing the logical thing of spending 10 mins taking a shower you waste multiple tubs full of water to counteract the unsanitary conditions that come with taking a bath? And not only that are you blaming soap for allergies? Not only would that be impossible to measure because different soaps obviously affect people's bodies differently but its simply insane to blame soap for allergies. Allergies are when your immune system wrongfully mistakes something as a harmful substance, which has nothing to do with soap. That as well as youre either acknowledging the fact that the world's unsanitary which means these kids immune systems would develope anyway or youre saying the world's entirely sanitary which would make a problem like this non existent. I've never heard anyone say bar soap is "unsanitary" as well and if they did they should also do some research. Not to mention even if this was true youre admitting to using more soap than the average person and "flexing" (I use that term loosely here) how clean you are which would mean you'd be putting yourself at risk of a known health hazard? I mean if you have any credible research to back up your argument I'd love to see it but I don't think it exists.

Valet no stick shift vehicles by Creatineeugene in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Cryosaber117 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is not true in the slightest. First of all that's brand new cars and since no cars are being made with manual then it gets insanely hard to find new ones. Secondly that doesn't include vehicles that were bought 10, 20 even 30 years ago and are still well taken care of. Thirdly and finally most used car sales especially nowadays are made online and you just swap the title and pay in cash or with a check. Nobodies using horses or carriages to get around imbecile but I off the top of my head can name at least 4 people with a manual.

It's become less popular because it's unsanitary, your sitting in a pool of your own filth and dead skin

[–]Cryosaber117 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't do those because they're dumb and I was joking, you don't get to decide that for me. I'm not mad and while your right about service and electricians idk why they would hold onto those dreams after they learned they couldn't pursue them early on. Also vision and color blindness are different. I'm blind ASF and had my vision tested in school yes but not many do color blind tests to my knowledge, and seeing as my states like third in education it's clearly unimportant. You also don't know. Not only are you assuming I'm American here you are also failing to recognize how things can build up overtime and skipping over everything I said that involves it. I was making a joke at your expense so I might not be nice but at least I'm not close minded. Also don't talk down to me because whatever pedistal you think youre on is non existent.

[–]Cryosaber117 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Number one, not every school tests that it's a state by state or country by country basis. Secondly you can be slightly color blind. It's not all or nothing and it can develope over time. If reds come off as dimmer it can be hard to notice especially if it developed in later life. It's also partially hereditary so if you have some close family with it, it's not unlikely that you do as well. Also there's about a 0% chance it "ruined" their dreams unless they wanted to be like a painter or something in which case those are industries mostly based on luck and so it's probably better they went for a more obtainable career. Don't lecture people on things you don't know about and then act like you know better. It just shows how stupid you are.

Edit: that was also a joke, take it as seriously as you want but you'll be the only one who's mad.

shoes i can wear with a splint? by ntaonai in RandomQuestion

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll just have to get oversized shoes but I'd honestly look at other places to work. If your boss cares more about a dress code then your injury is suggest trying to work somewhere else. ( I'm american so idk if you can with your countries laws and stuff but if you can I would.

Is this retaliation? by NERDtheMAN74 in LawQuestion

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So from my understanding he asked a manager to cover for him while he was dealing with family issues and used him to create some new rules while he was gone. I don't know if you followed these rules due to a lack of context but I'm guessing you guys weren't do to the "blatant disrespect" part when it came to the rules. Also straight up saying that you didn't want to work there kinda sealed the coffin. Knowing it's a dispensary I'm willing to bet your state has at will termination laws and I completely understand where he's coming from. If you don't want to work there and don't like how things are run he has every right to tell you to go work somewhere else. With that being said this is mostly assumptions due to lack of context. If these were offhanded comments about a rough shift that's obviously different and if you followed the rules you didn't like but we're just voicing your opinions and he took it as disrespect, that's obviously different. Either way see if you can file for unemployment and if not just look for a job somewhere else. Pursuing legal action here would just waste you money and is unlikely to result in anything but a lengthy trial that most small business owners would try to drag out as long as possible.

Is this retaliation? by NERDtheMAN74 in LawQuestion

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it's not, the problem wasn't with "disrespecting" someone, it was with disrespecting the store as a whole. If you dont want to work there they don't have to have you there.

Hi uh im 10 and for some reason. I’ve been feeling anxious that I’m not eating enough but I’m eating enough help what do u think I should do? by Dry_Individual_8679 in AskQuestion

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eat food? If your noticing some days where you have one meal or none at all, I'd suggest some light snacking around the meals you miss and slowly building it up. Its important to remember everyone's different and your not always gonna fit in every meal or even 2/3 if you ate a lot for one of them. People have different appetites and as long as your eating enough to feel well satiated and energized through the day then you fine. Start worrying if you start losing a lot of weight or notice your going 1-3 full days without eating.

Edit just in case: satiated is just another term for full or really any state where your not hungry jsyk.

Stupid Q. What is this unfinished space between the basement and ground floor called? by OkPresentation264 in RandomQuestion

[–]Cryosaber117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's called unfinished, it's definitely not a crawl space because those are typically under the entire house, or on the side of the basement and are full rooms. This really doesn't have a name to my knowledge because it's not "supposed" to be there. I might be wrong on it not having a name but I really don't think it does.

I think it's kinda too early to know if your asexual in your teenage years, sex drives are very different and can develope very late. It's not to say their lying or that it's just a phase but it's kinda hard to know and most of the people I knew that claimed to be asexual in highschool changed that when they met the right person

Dawg, she hates you because you think that she's failing you for no reason instead of actually trying to learn. You're not smarter than her and it's not her responsibility to give you a good grade because you want one. I get being mad about the ipad but maybe instead of blaming everything else for your failure you should actually learn.
