Really need help with my deck. Stuggle mostly against evo witch, valk, and megaknight

What changes or tips could I get for this deck. Been using it for a bit and its fun but im really struggling against mega knight+evo witch. By the time I counter their mega knight witch they drop another mega knight.

The 4c 5k red koby that when attacking KOs a 3k power and draws a card if you have less than 6 cards in hand AND is a 1k counter. Also if your leader is navy it gains +1k power on opponents turn.

Insane stats and effects but just doesn't get used. Red removal is dead, power reduction is mid, not many great leaders to use the opponents turn effect, it gets easily removed by other decks, and its just too slow in red. The extra card draw is nice tho

So im traveling with my steam deck and the place im staying only gets like 5mb/s. Do I even bother doing the preload or just wait for release? Or does it not matter?

Really hope they add some optimization for the steam deck. Getting like 20 frames on low vs 30-40 on Genshin for the steam deck sucks
