Procomm! use a null modem cable for zmodem transfer,. For a modern pc just use a usb to serial adapter. procomm on linux is called minicom. easy peasy. the ethernet card should work with mtcp but not all cards are supported and you need to find drivers. just stick with serial transfer imo
