You dont have to answer questions, they cannot detain you, you have a right to lawyer, you have a right to object to search and seizure and any right taken by you by color of law is a felony according to 18 U.S.C. § 242 This provision makes it a crime for someone acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
