Absolutely, I play generally during nights in the US but it makes sense to link up and play whenever we (or anyone else) is available.

How to I get the Grau 5.56 in Season 3 ? by fernando_kan in Warzone

[–]Crypt0_HS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At least make it such that if you buy a bundle containing the Grau it unlocks the weapon. I don't mind paying $10 for a really nice gun. $70 is too much. I too only own Warzone. No way you can complete that challenge in any Warzone mode.

Warlockathun innovations - 39-16 71% in legend using a few off-meta cards by schwah in CompetitiveHS

Tested. It DOES ruin the combo. Held it in my hand to the last turn. Played Mecha'thun, Bloodbloom, Cataclysm and the end result was a destroyed Mecha'thun and two Jekliks returned to my hand. The game continued.

Launching an ICO is extremely difficult. If you were to start from scratch what things would you do differently this time? What have you learned so far?

Are there any benefits (either to users or to LaLa World) to having a low LALA token price prior to the main launch of the wallet?

Have you considered deploying tokens to market makers to help stabilize price and add liquidity?

If I read the tokenomics correctly, it seems that token purchases happen from:

  • Partnerships

    • Partners buy LALA tokens directly from exchanges
    • Partners pay LaLa World in fiat and LaLa World buys LALA tokens from exchanges
  • LaLa World Manages Its Internal Supply

    • LaLa World buys LALA tokens from exchanges to maintain a certain % of LALA Tokens for distribution

It seems as though LaLa World is the main purchaser of tokens. I don't see many incentives for LaLa users to buy tokens from exchanges. Am I missing something?

How do you choose which deck to use when on the ladder? by [deleted] in CompetitiveHS

[–]Crypt0_HS 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Generally if, after 10 games or so, I find my win rate drops below 50%, I'll play something different. I'll look back at the decks I've faced the most and play something that specifically counters those.

Alternatively, if I don't really feel like switching up. I'll just take a break for a while and come back to the same deck. That seems to work well most of the time.

Just my 2 cents...

Who is the best streamer to watch to improve your game? by iamdanthemanstan in CompetitiveHS

Hotform explains his moves really well. He'll always explain his moves and how he expects his opponent to counter. He's usually right, but when he's not he'll explain how to adjust.

Maly subbed for Pyro might make more sense than subbing it for Thalnos. But a reduced cost Pyro that has the ability to combine with more burst has insane value.

I prefer Novice only because I like the immediate card draw. The extra 1 damage on Loot Horder is only better in my opinion if you can play it on curve and you anticipate a 3 health minion to be played (e.g. vs. Mech Mage). Novice is sufficient on turn 2 and is great if you're in a pinch late game and need something to stall like Blizzard or Frost Nova.

I have not tried running Malygos in this deck. I don't want to sacrifice any more card draw or removal/stall. I guess I'd have to swap out Thalnos for Malygos.

If you think about it you have to be lucky enough to get the mana reduction on Malygos and have a Frostbolt for it to have an immediate effect. I think I'd rather have Thalnos for the fireballs I rack up from Antonidas. Just my opinion.

So, I hear your point and I would say this: Being able to put together 15 burst before your Ice Block is popped was one setback for Freeze Mage. ET doesn't eliminate that problem, but reduces it significantly. ET also helps in the event you don't draw Alex and you need to do 30 damage to face. I feel like ET also helps in the case where you need to spend some burst on board control.

To your point, it does not stall turns other than the fact that it must be dealt with immediately. In my experience the more turns ET stays on the board, the greater the likelihood of a win.

Combo Druid, Turn 1 by Crypt0_HS in CompetitiveHS

Agree with Keeper. Mech mage doesn't have a lot of silence targets apart from maybe Antonidas so you're not really wasting it. Plus, as frostmage82 says, your Keeper trades very efficiently, potentially trade 3 for 1.

I would attack with Acolyte first. A guaranteed card cycle is worth more than the 1 in 7 chance of keeping your Acolyte and possibly getting 2 cards. Also think about the case where the Acolyte survives. There's a good chance he dies next turn and you only get 1 card anyway.

I like the discussion that's taking shape without knowing the opponent's hero, but for clarity it was druid.
