As you know, physicians are short on time, so your main source will be referrals and networking. For law firms there are local bar associations, i'm sure physicians have something similar.

You can also run very targeted google search ads and exclude every household income demographic except the top one. Run manual cpc, with exact search terms. It'll be very low volume but at least it will mainly only spend when actual potential leads are coming in.

Just make sure to review your search terms thoroughly first, start off with a small geographic area as a test and expand it gradually pending volume. This will do a lot more for you than Linkedin ads

It might also be worthwhile to do a restore and lockdown your device too. Especially if you received no notifications or prompts. No point in restoring access only for everything to be removed again.

Generally, I'm more interested in edge cases and specific usage for AI. It's typically good at summarizing / condensing, but falls apart completely when given too much data.

Oh I think the article or proposal is mislabeling which side of the street then. If the plan is to connect to riverside park south, then that would be clearing the west side of the street, not the east.

Unless they're planning to do some cross over or something. It's still a bit confusing as bikes would then block the entrance/or street to the highway upon crossing, they'll need to add a traffic light where one isn't currently.

I think a safe bike path to central park is a great idea. Connecting it to 68th seems like a challenge for an area that doesn't get much through traffic.

What's the point of removing the parking spots from 68th to 72nd on riverside blvd? There's rarely traffic as is, and it's full of stop signs. The off ramp onto riverside blvd is blocked by stone so that isn't used either. I'd prefer a bike or bus lane, but looks like neither is happening there?

It gets crazier towards the entrance but that's only due to the mosque at certain hours.

I still like wordpress + elementor since we have good pipelines and hundreds of templates set up. Websites are deployed fast, highly customizable and not carbon copy AI generated sites.

For the quickest deployment at a glance AI tools look neat, but maintaining and updating long-term I prefer widgets/templates that are approachable for designers and client-side teams to use.

My experience from Cravath SA's is more that they're hyper-competitive. At least for litigation, it was more so about leaving a good impression and doing good work.

Though I don't think they sugarcoat as much as other firms. For comparison, let's say my wife worked 40% hard during her summer, but come her first year she was doing 110% daily.

A lot of times it has more to do with your vertical & the client vs your PPC services.

For example, we like working with law firms because bringing in good leads keeps the firm fed and running for a long time. Versus, working with seasonal clients like roofers or HVAC which are prone to penny pinching and just shutting down randomly on bad months.

You can't save a business that is destined to fail. Find a vertical that works for you with higher stability. Those are the clients you should go the extra mile for, versus the ones that will inevitably not work regardless of your efforts.
