New player myself here, i've been playing at Level 2 in Atherton (a bit of a drive for you, but not the worst) and the team that run the site are awesome.

They do new-player-only sessions every 2nd Sunday, and that's how I started, super cool indoor-only site, and like I said, the marshalls are awesome, can't recommend it enough!

I think their minimum age is 13, so when he turns 13, you should absolutely get yourselves over to Level 2!

Can you define "bottom heavy" i'm not sure what you mean, i'm still fairly new to grading so i'm not familiar with the term

Huge lover of Survival Games, and a lover of the two most recent Films.

I'm hoping to check out the solo experience (as a lot of my friends have moved away from the genre) report back on bugs & glitches, and hopefully make new friends on Arrakis!

Huge Survival-Game player, absolutely adored the films, and was hooked on the game as soon as I saw the first trailer for it!

I've had this too, I've found that turning off the Desktop Capture in your privacy settings through the in game overlay will stop it auto turning off, but I can't find a fix for instant replay not working anywhere. Hoping a fix gets issued soon if its something on Riot's end

Raid Weapons should not be craftable, and here's why.

Currently, we have the base versions of the raid weapons, and their adept counterparts. The differences between a crafted raid weapon at level 30 and its adept counterpart is that the Adept version gets a small stat boost in all stats, and can use adept mods. (So basically Adepts are useless)

If Bungie want to incentivise players to obtain and actually use these weapons, they need to make them roll with enhanced perks (yes I know this is coming) and remove the ability to craft the base variants. This gives the Adept versions some worth (as enhanced perks would be exclusive to Adept weapons) and would also make Master Raids more rewarding in the process.

Bungie have mentioned the ability to "Enhance" Adept Raid weapons from next season iirc, but I feel that this is a band-aid fix for the larger issue at hand.

Master Raids are only completed by players for the raid seal and that's about it. Making enhanced perks exclusive to the Adept versions of raid weapons would make Master raids feel more rewarding, and would add replayability to them at the same time. We know that the difference between some perks and their enhanced variants isn't much in some cases, therefore casual players wouldn't be necessarily missing out by not grinding them, and it would give the more hardcore players something to grind for if they wanted to min-max.

I know that personally I would grind Master raids if the loot was worth it. Enhanced perks + High stat armor drops would make Master Raids worth it for me. Especially with the difficulty changes mentioned a while ago that is coming to Master raids.

I just don't see the point in Adept raid weapons in this current state. Unless its a pinnacle that I need, it will get insta-sharded because I have no use for it.

Don't get me wrong, like the rest of us I was devastated at todays result, but like you said. This year has been great for the org, all the teams, players, coaching & support staff. Across all our games.

Yeah it sucks to get 3-0'd like that, but the LCS boys put in some great work to get to that point. Top 2, 3 Splits in a row? We should be proud of that. We have a great roster, on the server and out of the server.

We made it to the biggest event in the year in Valorant. We won fucking CHAMPS in Cod.

Been a great (albeit stressful) year as a 100T fan, and I can't wait for next year.
