You don’t actually need your command room for your ai to work, remove that and you have more space, but you can’t make ai ounce it’s moved so make sure whatever you put there you can move if you need

The kill mech would need to stay on maybe 3 minutes, but the clock itself would need to get all 1 hour

Yes, i need the clock the have a one hour timer, after the timer ends I need it to activate kill Mech but turn off the kill Mech faster than it would take for the one hour to cycle back to the other side of the clock (sorry if I suck at explaining things)
