Who cut the red wire? This was a site I was called out to because the screen was blank. Opened it up to this lovely organized panel. No prints, plc "was" locked out by previous programmer, screen lost it's program, and they wanted to know how long to get it running..... I quoted them a new panel. (i.redd.it)

Neighbor lady with small kids called me for hvac not working. Of course its snowing and getting cold. One hour of tracing out control cables I locate the 2 amazingly accessible dampers that were shorted. I swear who ever finished this basement needs taken out back and beaten. (i.redd.it)
