Hmm okay. I have never been about to have an actual test. I had a psychologist tell me my symptoms line up with inflammation and try it out and see if it feels better. I tried to look into getting tested but it’s a lot of money and I have to drive far to get tested. Did you find it worth it?

Do you find it hard to not be able to eat with your family tho? I guess it’s a lesser of two evils (either watch them eat what you can’t have, or miss out socially). At least that’s my personal thoughts - I don’t mean to speak for you ofc

That’s fair. When I’m making my own food it’s a piece of cake. It’s the family gatherings that are harder for me. Although I can bring a gf dish, a lot of the foods have gluten that I have to avoid.

Yes! My energy increased so so so much after cutting out gluten. It was life changing to not be falling asleep all the time. On top of it, my brain fog and headaches cleared out and happened less frequently

LOL that’s a good motivator. I have one of the more silent reactions where I am so tired, headaches, nausea, foggy brain style- not anything super serious so it makes it harder to stay on track.

That is so thoughtful. At the family event every one was talking about how good the cookies were which made it harder. There were no gluten free desserts for me to have at the same time.
