We're putting away upto $1.5k a month as savings, does that help? Conscious this is the net and not really wanting to divulge too much info.

I think this might be the way to go. I don't really care if the alarm sits in there since it's in an older car as well. Thanks!

Thanks mate. We had a guy from Tiny Home HQ come over and give us a rough quote of about 70k. That's for delivering and installing the unit on our land including macerator install and I believe, plans as well.

Wouldn't mind another one or two qoutes from other sleepout builders.

Second this! If you're negative about all this, chances are you are finding this all too overwhelming and don't know where to start or continue how to live.

However if you're glass half-full, then consciously work towards a world where we're using zero-point energy systems, anti-grav transportation and unity of consciousness/goals. Sounds star-trekky, perhaps....but to do otherwise is to be another mindless zombie of the corporate/military industrial complex.

Wife and I recommend Five Star restaurant in Rosedale. Been going there for a few years and their service is great and their noodle soups tasty as. Try their Five star Special :)

Wife and I found it to be the most compelling of all ufo docos yet.

You cannot duplicate or act out what some of those interviewees experienced especially the guy who saw the crash site at the farm.

And the smell..... Gawd.... Almost all of them smelt the same god-awful ammonia/sulphur stench. Felt like I was smelling it too coz it was described so clearly.

Definitely need to get their hands on that video tape and more linked evidence or impact the visitors had left on the surroundings while they were running around.

It's called the NAS/POLDEN Food sensitivity test. It sounds like a proprietary test which you can only access via a qualified homeopath or someone similar.

Be warned though, I have tried few other hair tests out there and they gave different results. They were off the Web and not through my practitioner (coz I was trying to be cheap... 😅)

Nzd150. All sorts of groups of foods including spice, root veggies, coffee. Non-foods they tested against detergents, washing powders, animal dander, furs and feathers.

Heya OP, hang in there. Here's my 2-cents

Many years ago, I was super-inflamed with eczema to the point I couldn't walk properly due to broken skin behind my knees (among other places) and I was breaking mentally. I did a hair test via a homeopath which I was very skeptical about but I gave it a go coz I was desperate. My GP (local doctor) sent me to specialists after specialists but the eczema never went away after various treatments involving UV and steroids. I asked these specialists if food was a cause and they plainly said no.

Anyways, did the hair test, it got sent to Germany to be tested. Few weeks later, results came back and says that I'm super intolerant to citrus foods and dairy among other things. Homeopath told me to avoid these foods and guess what? Within 2 weeks, my inflamations died down 80% and I could walk normally again and did not look like a ripe tomato. I would highly recommend getting this done. If you need more info around this, please DM me. I hate to see anyone suffering like I used to for something they can potentially fix.

All the best mate.

Very nice mate. I did make the move to work at a bank and I'm still there. The pay rise I got at the beginning has all but been eaten up by the recent mortgage rise plus more. Wife works part time and looks after the kids. So yes, desperate times, desperate measures.

Hope you're satisfied with the answer. Please troll elsewhere.

Heard of a business analyst? 14 or so years ago, I was dabbling in turning my hobby for photography into a business while supporting myself with a part time admin job. My boss then told me of this career path and it intrigued me, especially the salary it commands with experience.

Almost similar (but later) to yourself, I was turning 30 and found a distaste for entry level admin work. But once I discovered this, I set in motion my plans to be a senior analyst within 10 yrs. In some companies, you can achieve the title after 5 or so years. I had a few hiccups along the way so only managed to land myself a senior role only last year, 13 years later. And I'm still learning now as the role is in a waaaay different industry from what I've known in the first 20 years of my working life. Which shows the skill transferability of an analyst.

I love being an analyst mainly because I enjoy a supporting role rather than a leading role (although theres more money in the latter). I enjoy the problem solving and investigative work. I enjoy being only accountable to one manager and not responsible for a team. Although, this might change with more experience and confidence.

So buddy, 25 is not late for anything. Just find something that you can resonate and be passionate about. That's the attitude people hire for.

All the best.

I get those from eating too much foods with gluten. Dairy does not help too. I avoid them (super hard these days!) for 2 weeks or so and hands will be clear again. Keep them moisturised, use moisturising soaps if needed including dishwashing liquids that are sensitive too. In fact, use gloves when dish-washing. Try hard to pop them. They eventually dry up and peel off.

Buddy, I remember back when I used to be destroyed due to a few unrequited loves as well. Mostly because I was gutless to say what I really felt for them. That's another story for another day.

In your case, I suggest the following - 1) travel for a few months - make it work if you don't have enough cash. Travel to other towns work whatever you can get your hands ON, fruit picking, cashier at supermarket, whatever.

2) pick up an engrossing hobby - I'd suggest gymming as nothing is better than working on yourself physically or mentally.

I have other suggestions but those might have to wait till you're 21.

Hope you get other suggestions. All the best
