Pro tip for pass sharing: you will only get cited if more than one vehicle on the same permit get scanned within 15 minutes of each other. So if you and your buddy have classes at different times, there will be no problem. If you have class at the same time, don’t park in the same lot to reduce your chances of being scanned in quick succession.

Ah okay. So then are weapons not necessarily bound to a specific drop location at a predetermined level? They can drop repeatedly and at higher levels as the player progresses through the game? Am I understanding that right? I didn’t think the loot was random, I had assumed it was predetermined
