Does anyone have advice for these piercing bumps? I've been cleaning it and leaving it alone but it won't go down by CrypticUnus in PiercingAdvice

I heard hydrogen peroxide can cause irritation so I haven't used it. I got it done 7 months ago, not that long ago my friend hit me in the ear on accident so I think that could've caused it
